GB's standard and most popular staple used to secure NM (non-metallic) cable. At 1/2 in. wide and 1-1/8 in. long these staples are recommended for 14/2, 12/2 and 10/2 NM, or other types of NM cables. GB's 1/2 in. metal staples are preferred in the industry as they are slightly longer than competing models, which improves holding strength and makes them easier to grab. Made from quality bright basic steel, these staples will drive straight and will not split wood. A recessed head is featured to protect the cable jacket when installing.
