Return Goods Policy

In order to help you expedite your returns, we ask that you call your local sales representative or our customer service staff 1.800.749.1120. They will issue a UPS call tag, and your items will be picked up and returned in a timely manner. Specially fabricated products are not returnable.

Returns of stock products will be permitted until 90 days from date of invoice. A minimal restocking fee of 15% will be applied to orders returned after 90 days. This timeframe is above the industry norm of 5 to 45 days and will continue to provide you with the value-added service you have relied on for years.

Requests for the return of special-ordered parts must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice and are subject to manufacturer return policies, which may include restocking charges or, in some cases, denial of the return.
