Hydronic Valves & Controls
The 3/4" 600XL Pressure Reducing Valve handles sandy, debris-laden water systems for high-flow capacity in residential, commercial, and new construction applications. It meets compliance with universal plumbing code. The stainless steel strainer includes a standard 20 mesh configuration and separate-access cover for simplified cleaning, while the bronze threaded bell provides superior corrosion-resistance and speeds access to the internals - together, cutting labor time up to 50%. Internal components of the 600XL utilize a balanced design, providing accurate downstream pressure without consideration of the incoming pressure.
- Meets the requirements of NSF/ANSI 61
- Fiber union gasket ensures fast installation
- Durable construction ensures low maintenance and lifecycle costs
- Inlet pressure changes with balanced design features to protect the system
- Stainless steel strainer screen features single-cap removal
- Threaded bell provides easier access than bolted on bells
- Low-lead law compliant
- ASSE listed 1003 and IAPMO listed
This 1 in. lead free brass water pressure reducing valve is designed to reduce incoming water pressure to protect plumbing systems and reduce water consumption for commercial, industrial and residential applications. The easy maintenance assembly consists of a replaceable seat module, a solder union inlet by NPT female outlet and a bypass feature to control thermal expansion pressure. The temperature range is 33 to 160 degree F (0.5 to 71 degree C). Suitable for up to 300 psi (20.7 BAR), the pressure range can be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa) with the standard setting at 50 psi (345 kPa).
