The MUELLER STREAMLINE 3/4 in. x 1/2 in. PVC Sch. 40 Slip x MIPT Reducing Male Adapter can be used for a variety of cold water and irrigation applications and can withstand up to 480 psi of working pressure.

PVC Sch. 40 fitting that is for pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140F. They are highly resilient, with high-tensile and high-impact strength. PVC Schedule 40 has better sound deadening qualities than PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core. Installation requires the use of primer and solvent cement.
