This 10 in. granular activated carbon (GAC) inline water filter is perfect for a final polishing filter that is used as the water is leaving the storage tank on its way up to the faucet applications on reverse osmosis systems or as a stand-alone ice maker filter. The filter has a 1/4 in. FNPT connection. This filter should be changed approximately every six months for best results.
