Form holder features a high-capacity clip (1 in.), slide on clamp for ID cards or notes and 2 separate storage areas to keep forms and supplies organized. Lower compartment has 1 in. capacity and features a built-in pen tray. Upper compartment provides an additional 7/16 in. of storage capacity. Upper tray can be removed for added depth.
