The MSI Fresco Blanco Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a smooth, low-sheen finish and a white color to help add style to your decor. An ideal choice for your space, this beautiful tile is suitable for medium-duty residential floors including kitchens, halls and corridors. Designed for floor, wall and countertop use, this porcelain tile resists frost and is marginally skid resistant to suit your needs.

• Grade 1, first-quality glazed porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 8.89mm thick
• Glazed smooth matte finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, corridors, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
• Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/C.O.F. Rating of 0.50 both wet and dry is marginally skid resistant, appropriate for indoor or some outdoor applications
• Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength

• 1-year limited warranty is provided on flooring and surfacing products manufactured or distributed by MSI within the limitations explicitly outlined in the warranty statement
