Solid dual enzymes activates this presoak quickly, solubilizes and suspends food soils. This premium formula combines mild alkaline with low foaming surfactants to target a proprietary blend of soil. Fast acting enzymes rapidly penetrate difficult food service soils which makes this product 100% active and extremely economical. It is an effective de-tarnishes, and will not harm sterling silver or other soft metal ware when used as directed.
