With 3/8 in. compression fittings LavAdvantage is easy to install and use and has the industrys lowest activation with 0.2 GPM turn on flow. Other features include silent operation field adjustable set point dry-fire protection on initial start-up and active energy management with power modulating controls. The SPEX1812T is 1.8 kW and requires 120-Volt.
