• LavAdvantage is a thermostatic point-of-use Commercial Electric Tankless water heater for handwashing and other low flow applications. With 3/8 in. compression fittings LavAdvantage is easy to install and use and has the industry's lowest activation with 0.2 GPM turn on flow. Other features include silent operation field adjustable set point dry-fire protection on initial start-up and active energy management with power modulating controls. The SPEX95T is 9.5 kW and requires 240-Volt.
