The Pyramid Time Systems 3600SS Time Clock and Document Stamp features a patented SmartSite time stamp alignment guide to help the user line up time stamps perfectly. The SmartSite guide features a 3-way viewing window and internal red linear LED light to assist with lining up a time card or document for stamping. Adjustable side-loading time card and document feed handles various paper sizes and printing orientation. Keep track of job costs, record employee time and attendance or stamp the date, time and up to 14 pre-programmed message options on time-sensitive documents such as incoming mail, attendance logs or legal paperwork. Custom printing feature stamps date, time and up to 2 lines of custom alphanumeric type, up to 16 characters, such as company name, address, URL, etc. Counter mode prints sequential page numbering up to 9999 consecutive stamps.
