For energy efficiency and a brighter bathroom, this fan also includes an LED light. Pair your light wiring to a separate switch than the fan to control the dimness of your lighting or pair both the light and the fan to one switch. The 80 CFM efficiently clears moisture in medium sized rooms up to 80 sq. ft., use ventilation fans in other rooms of the house, such as laundry rooms and exercise rooms, to get rid of extra-moisture.
