No digging up floors, landscaping, driveways and walks, or tearing up walls. Perma-Liner Epoxy Base A is an undiluted clear liquid epoxy resin. When cross-linked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, very good mechanical, adhesive, dielectric and chemical resistance properties are obtained. Because of this versatility, Perma-Liner Epoxy Base A has become the standard epoxy resin used in CIPP lining.
