Cooking temperatures range from a low of 167 degree to a high of 563 degree to efficiently meet cooking needs. There are 4 heavy duty chrome-plated racks. 60-minute timer to conveniently alert the cook. Interior light provides easy viewing; and its porcelain interior is easy to clean.
