    The SHUT IT VersaWeld is a simple hinge that welds on nearly any gate right out of the box. CNC machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. Due to its unique bushing design the VersaWeld produces near-frictionless movement with maintenance free usage.

    • Fits either flat or round posts or gates no adaptors needed
    • High-temp bearings, safe to powder-coat with hinges installed on gate
    • Smoother than traditional block or barrel hinges
    • 2 sealed ball bearings
    • No greasing, no maintenance, ever
    • Precision bushing distributes gate load for optimal performance and hinge longevity
    • Load rating per gate: 2,000 lbs. (900kg)
    • Maximum gate weight: 1,100 lbs. (500 kg)
