    This tilt latch is constructed from black plastic. It features spring-loaded wrap-around design that attaches to the top rail and stile. This style latch is used on single or double hung tilt-out windows by Better Belt.

    • Constructed of vinyl housing and latch with steel spring
    • Steel spring comes in a corrosion resistant, zinc plated finish and the vinyl components come white in color
    • Designed for use with vertical sliding single hung and double hung windows
    • Features 2-3/16 inch mounting hole centers
