Fortified construction and soft comfort of the 6400 Series heavy-duty padded stools with backrests are ideal for hands-on educational settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics or shop classrooms. These reliable stools feature a sturdy frame of 18-gauge steel tubing securely welded to a 14 in. diameter seat pan. Riveted through the steel pan are .5 in.-thick gray vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points. Height-adjustable legs extend from 32 in. to 39 in. in 1-inch increments and adjustable padded backrests can be moved 2 in. up/down and forward/back.
