Product Overview
This is a spring-loaded tilt latch for both single and double hung vinyl windows. This is an injected molded plastic in white, with fasteners. Used on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning, 3-3/8 in. L, 1-1/4 in. W and 2-5/16 in. hole centers, 5/16 in. backset. Each package contains 1 left-hand latch and 1 right-hand latch to repair 1 window each.

- Plastic thumb latch locks and releases spring-loaded latch
- Mounting holes are 2-15/16 in. on center
- Injected molded plastic in white
- Includes 1 left and 1 right spring-loaded tilt latch
- All necessary all the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation
- Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation
