This Window Opening Control Device (WOCD) is used primarily on sliding windows. This Dual Action Reverse Retrofit Angel Ventlock is an ideal limit control device for use in aftermarket applications. This model is mounted to the window frame to restrict the sash opening to less than four inches so small children do not fall out of the window from the second floor and higher. These units are Dual Action meaning that two separate actions are required to operate the WOCD. So installing one on the window frame ensures compliance with the code ASTM F2090-2008 and 2010. Select this WOCD by measuring the distance from the window frame to the face of the sash for this model is 7/16" to 33/64" distance with Flat Bend. Left Handed with screws and instructions included.
