Made of waterproof tarpaulin material (yes, the same stuff used on the baseball field during a rain delay), you shouldn't have to worry about your items getting wet if you leave it outside during a rain storm, or if it drops into a puddle The main zippered compartment has an iPad holder on the inside of the main zippered flap. There are web loops so you can attach carabineers and a small zippered front pocket for storing small items. Adjustable, padded shoulder strap is included.
