Product Overview
The OATEY 8 oz. Solder Paste is designed for use in joining or sweating copper piping and fittings. The lead-free formula will not turn copper piping green. Compatible with common plumbing solder alloys.
- Effective on most metals, excluding aluminum and stainless steel
- Compatible with common plumbing solder alloys
- Can be used on copper piping without discoloration
- Good for large diameter copper piping
- 100% lead-free paste cleans, fluxes and pre-tins copper piping to provide uniform solder flow
- Petrolatum base provides cleaning effectiveness
- Meets ASTM standard B-813
