Use the NIBCO 3 in. x 3 in. x 1-1/2 in. PVC Hub x Hub x Hub Wye to fit a branch line into a horizontal drain line in a non-pressurized sanitary system. Its hub connections are solvent welded in place. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the most frequently specified of all thermoplastic materials because of its light weight, durability, and cost-effectiveness. PVC DWV is easy to install and is joined by solvent cementing or threading.
