Most property owners and managers appreciate features built into the system to make maintenance tasks easier too A thermoplastic drain pan with bottom primary and secondary connections drain condensate moisture away quickly before algae has the chance to start growing. At the same time it protects you from rusting drain pans and their associated problems. A filter rack, using standard dimension 1 in. filters, is built into every unit. These can be easily changed during any routine visit to the residence and some residents will even change the filter to ensure a clean system and the benefits of clean air circulation. In 1.5 Ton to 3.0 Ton sizes, there is a WEATHERKING air handler right for almost every application. The unit's compact size fits between studs or can be mounted on a wall using the supplied wall hanging brackets.
