The Pro Series Pumps Deluxe Dual Float Controller (DFC2) is a premium product. It has a cage that protects the 2 micro reed switches. The second float acts as a fail-safe, providing redundancy. The dual float simply mounts to the discharge pipe, at the activation height of your choosing, with the included stainless steel hose clamp and is a piggy-back switch making it compatible with most sump pumps.
